About us

The Storehouse is a new ministry birthed out of Emmarts UMC that looks to seek out the unchurched, the least, and the lost.  A storhouse is a place where an abundance is housed.  In fact, the value of a storehouse is not in the storehouse itself, but in what is in the storehouse.  Often times, when you see a storhouse it is not a fancy or perfect stucture because the storehouse is usually only as valuable as what it contains. We are not perfect either but when we accept Jesus Christ as our savior Christ lives in us.  Therefore, The Storehouse is a place of abundance where God will bless us to be a blessing to others.  This is and will not be church as usual as we will focus on serving others as God blesses us.  The Storehouse will have our first worship experience on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 5:00pm.  In the mean time, there is much work to be done.  If you feel God is calling you to be a part of God's storehouse of blessings give us a call at 410-961-5472. There is a place for you here.
